Sometimes, members of the team community will not be able to download the GameChanger app on iOS or Android but will want to stay in the loop. We encourage all team members to download the app for a full experience, but you can still communicate with members who do not have the app in a few different ways.

GameChanger Web Experience

First and foremost, folks who do not already have a GameChanger account, can create one on web or the app. On all platforms (web, iOS app, Android app), they'll be able to access your team's schedule to stay informed on past results and upcoming matches.

Full Team Email

Team Staff can use the Message Team button from your team's roster screen in the app. Tapping that will pull up the option to email the entire team, including members who have not yet downloaded the app.

RSVPs

Invited community members who don't yet have an account can still RSVP for games and practices. When Team Staff create or edit an event, they will see the option to Save & Message Team. If this is selected, notifications will be sent out to the team via push notification or email, depending on each user's device. Active members of the team community will receive a push notification within their app. Anyone who has been invited to join the team but does not yet have a GameChanger account will receive an email.

The email notification will contain the event details, and the team member can RSVP for themselves and their player(s) directly from that email.
