Donate to Renovate!

Parchment Little League would like to bring our 13/14 year old baseball teams home!  Currently, we do not have a field large enough to accommodate that age group so they use Eastwood as their "home" fields.  We would like to renovate the diamond near the playground at the lower area of Kindleberger park into a field our teams can use during the season.  When not in use by the league, the fields would be open to the community.

Parchment has a rich history of baseball being played in that area.  Back when Kalamazoo Vegetable Parchment Company was in full swing, the plant team played exhibition games with the Cardinals and Tigers!  We do plan to include a display of historic photos as well, if we can find them, and set up a secure way to display them.

In order to accomplish this goal, we have to raise a minimum of $30,000.  If you are willing to help you can mail checks payable to Parchment Little League to PO Box 612, Parchment, MI  49004.  Or, stop by the ball fields weekdays after 6 p.m. and you can donate in person!

Thank you very much.
