CONCUSSION AWARENESS TRAINING

If you are a manager, coach, team parent, board member, or are going to be directly involved with the players, you are required to complete concussion awareness training.  This training, REQUIRED BY MICHIGAN LAW, needs to be renewed every three years.  If you have any doubt as to when you last completed your training, take it again.

When you complete your training, print TWO copies of your certificate.  One must be turned in to the league, the other is for your records.  You can e-mail completed certificates to Parchment LL Secretary.
